As a professional healer, psychic, and medical intuitive for the past
twenty-some years, I have guided many a person to the exact
event, or series of events, or inheritance as it may be, that created
grounds for disease and emotional difficulties to root.
Every symptom has a cause, and therefore a solution, when seen in proper
perspective. But you might say: it was a car accident, or repeated accidents,
or a brick fell on my head. Many times, we unknowingly set ourselves
up for these accidents. Simple as it may seem, by coming into contact
with emotions, often long forgotten, and by acknowledging the culprit
reason, the first step in freeing oneself of the stress or disorder
has been initiated.
All along, we open your energy field so that the healing energies
you receive will be unobstructed. To peal away the outer layer of stress,
I begin with sound—unusual sounds I sing. Due to the frequency
of the sounds, and my energy, most people experience tingling in their
bodies. Your job is to breathe out the inner disturbances as they rise
to the surface. You may feel a shooting pain, a rising weight, or things
shifting around inside. This is good. It means that the pain is surfacing
and preparing to release. Epiphanies often occur.

Most important, though: it is only you who can heal yourself. I provide
direction and energy. My role is that of a catalyst.
The 3 elements of healing are simple:
-
Set up your intention.
That part is simple; the intention is to heal the pain, whatever
it might be. Verbalizing it helps. The body listens when we speak
to it.
-
Give yourself permission to release the pain. Say
it out loud.
Sometimes we have subtle, or not so subtle voices in our heads that
say: "No, I’m not worthy", "I’m bad",
"I’m supposed to be in pain", or "I deserve
to be in pain". To heal, we need to re-educate ourselves.
Give yourself negative messages
and you will become negative. Surround yourself with negative
influences and you will absorb that negativity. How many of us punish
ourselves for our pain? That’s the same as adding poison to
an open wound. Forgiving ourselves for our missteps is a necessary
prerequisite for healing.
-
Breathe out the pain.
Through use of the breath—in the nose and out the mouth—the
disruptive feelings will flow from your body the same as a stream
might clear debris from a mountaintop. Our breath is creative force,
or God, as some may call it. Without breath we are dead. Therefore,
it is the most powerful tool we have.
A closing note:
Our feelings are ours and they are precious, whether we like them
or not. They are a response to something that has occurred, so they
are valid. Pain is a message from the body that we have unknowingly
collected and stored impressions that are harmful. It is a signal, when
seen in its true light, that can be used to free us.
